There is no such thing as having too many books; only too few bookcases. Just ask my husband.
In light of that truth, what are you reading this summer? What's been your favorite book of the year so far?
I'll go first: Prairie Evers, a children's book by Ellen Airgood, who owns a diner in the UP. Wonderful story.

I recently read two rather well-written novels by the same author, Gina Holmes. Both deal with serious subject matters but are easy reads. The titles are "Crossing Oceans" and "Dry as Rain." These are not my favorite books of the year, but I was glad I read them.
